The check in process is always quick and the rooms are updated and clean. We used this hotel before cruising with Royal Caribbean. We stayed for one night but the rest of the family stayed all week. Very friendly and professional he gave us a ride to the pyramids!
The pool area is awesome and has new pool loungers and umbrellas. My package included valet parking along with shuttle service to and from the port. And back too, also helped me with my two babies go back up to get my luggage so I was grateful since my husband had to leave early for work I didn't have to struggle with all our bags. Yumm☺️ I attended a week long conference at Moody Gardens and found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff did a very good job during the week Spent Memorial Day weekend at Moody Gardens and had a great time. We had dinner at Shearn's, which was fantastic as always.
