The Command & Control division is the cross-sectional control element of the CDO division and, as part of the BWI's corporate governance system, is responsible for company-wide project and resource management governance.
The Command & Control Project Management department deals with issues relating to operational project management and is therefore the executive of project governance. It serves as an interface to the operational units and ensures a consolidated view of the project world and compliance with project management governance.

Your tasks:

  • Advice on projects with regard to the application of project management methods and the internal project management framework
  • Ensuring compliance with the internal project management framework through the projects and programs on the basis of quality checks of the internal project documents and artifacts
  • Support of the project and program managers in fulfilling the release requirements (quality gates)
  • Implementation of project classifications and approval of projects for quality gates in the internal project approval committee as well as follow-up of committee resolutions and requirements
  • Support of the projects in compliance with internal specifications and guidelines including coordination of contacts to necessary central areas (risk management, IT security, IT architecture, etc.)

Your profile:

  • Completed studies or training with an IT and / or business connection
  • At least 3 or 5 (senior) years of professional experience in project management and 2 or 4 (senior) years of experience in project management
  • Experience in the project office or project management office (PMO) and / or in central project management governance functions
  • A certification in project management such as B. IPMA Level D or C (Senior) as well as Scrum Master (Senior)
  • Experience in IT consulting and / or agile project management is desirable
  • A high degree of sense of responsibility, independence as well as result and goal orientation, together with a partnership and team-oriented way of working
